Annual Ministerial Review (AMR)
Currently a voluntary process, the 'Annual Conversation' (with the Bishop or Archdeacon) is an opportunity to o reflect on ministry and to set objectives for future life and ministry. There is also an opportunity to identify any training/support required. All clergy and licensed lay ministers are encouraged to participate.
